Introducing the release of IntelliAim v6.1.4! This version adds high resolution color and zooming to IntelliAim’s long list of capabilities.

IntelliAim v5.25.1 has been released! The major change for this version is the ability to operate without I/O. This is a nice option for those that don’t require automated interaction with a machine controller.

IntelliAim 5.23 introduces 2 new tasks for performing analysis of a cutoff: Cutoff Linearity and Cutoff Sharpness.
Cutoff Linearity provides a method for testing the amount of variation of a cutoff across the cutoff’s horizontal span. This test can be used to determine if a cutoff is wavy or tilted, and whether it is within an acceptable vertical range.
Cutoff Sharpness analyzes the sharpness of the cutoff by inspecting various aspects of its gradient.
In our never-ending quest to increase IntelliAim’s versatility, we’ve added a pattern matching feature to our aiming software. Now our users can use a saved image to define a model, and then have IntelliAim search for that model within a headlight beam image.
In the image below, the user has selected a knee as the model from a saved image. IntelliAim will search the headlight beam image for the knee and return the certainty of a match. A minimum certainty threshold can be set that must be met before the test is allowed to pass.
